1. Acceptance

By using the corporate services provided by Mevuelo ("Mevuelo Corporate"), you accept these terms and conditions on behalf of your company. Hiring our services implies full acceptance of the following clauses.

2. Services Offered

Mevuelo Corporate provides comprehensive corporate travel management services, including booking and issuing airline tickets, accommodation, vehicle rentals, transfers, travel insurance, activities, and customized packages based on specific corporate requirements.

3. Conditions of Use

Corporate users commit to providing accurate, complete, and updated information. Mevuelo Corporate is not responsible for inconveniences resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the company or its representatives.

4. Pricing and Payments

Prices will be quoted in local currency or U.S. dollars depending on the specific market: Uruguay and Paraguay: Prices in USD; payments can be made in local currency at the exchange rate provided by Mevuelo. Bolivia: Prices in USD; payments also accepted in bolivianos at Mevuelo's exchange rate. Colombia: Prices in Colombian pesos. All credit card payments are processed via secure links under PCI DSS standards. Mevuelo Corporate will never request sensitive card information via telephone or WhatsApp.

5. Changes and Cancellations

Change and cancellation policies depend on the conditions set by final providers (airlines, hotels, etc.). Mevuelo Corporate will clearly inform such conditions at the time of booking.

6. Responsibility

Mevuelo Corporate acts solely as an intermediary between the corporate client and service providers (airlines, hotels, etc.). Therefore, Mevuelo is not responsible for delays, changes, cancellations, or damages directly caused by providers.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Mevuelo Corporate ensures confidentiality of data provided by corporate clients, using it exclusively to manage contracted services, according to applicable personal data protection laws.

8. Use of Logos and Trademarks on corporativo.mevuelo.com

All logos, trademarks, and trade names of suppliers or clients displayed on corporativo.mevuelo.com are used exclusively for informational and reference purposes. Mevuelo Corporate assumes no responsibility for their use, nor does their use imply sponsorship, association, or explicit recommendation by the trademark owners.

9. Customer Support

Mevuelo Corporate provides specialized support through assigned executives who will attend to any client requirement or query within mutually agreed hours and channels.

10. Intellectual Property

The content and resources used by Mevuelo Corporate are protected by intellectual property rights. Their use, reproduction, or modification without express authorization is prohibited.

11. Modifications to Terms and Conditions

Mevuelo Corporate reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, duly notifying its corporate clients through official channels.

12. Applicable Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the country from which corporate services are contracted with Mevuelo. Any dispute or controversy shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of that country.
